Corrugated tube:

The flame tube is the most stressful part of the shell boiler. Compared with ordinary flame tubes, corrugated flame tubes can withstand higher pressures than VKK STANDARDKESSEL. Produce corrugated flame pipe according to their own requirements. But also for other boiler manufacturers. Corrugated flame pipes are manufactured on special machines under strictly controlled temperature (see image). Size tolerance conforms to EN 12953 standard. Approvals and acceptances are carried out by authorized technical supervision organizations.

Economizers and other heating surfaces:

 It is a law of physics that the temperature of the flue gas downstream of the evaporator is higher than the temperature of saturated steam. To reduce heat loss, economizers can be installed for heating before entering the water. Efficient economizers are available for CONDOR boilers and other boiler brands, allowing flexible installation for almost any situation and increasing boiler efficiency by 97.5%. The heating surface is made of Square finned tubes, plain, spiral or double, depending on operating parameters including fuel and exhaust gas quality.
